Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

By default, all items are shipped via CANADA POST with the least expensive shipping method available which means there is NO TRACKING.

If you prefer tracking, the CANADA POST fees start at $10. Please contact me for details.

I ship on demand, in 1-2 days, so remember the times listed below are from the TIME OF SHIPPING, not from the time of ordering.

Here are the shipping times:

Canada: Lettermail
*2-5 days

USA and United Kingdom : Lettermail
*8-11 days

International: Lettermail
*14-25 days

You will receive 2 confirmation emails:

-when you order has been received

-when your order has been shipped.

RETURNS

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If they arrive damaged or defective, please contact me immediately for compensation in the form of credit or new replacement.

LOST IN THE MAIL

Please contact me after the maximum time has expired for your expected delivery (for eg. after 11 days for the US) and I will send you a replacement.

If your art piece is somehow not satisfactory to you, please email me, so that I can make you happy.
